On Wednesday, the Wellness Work Broadcast emphasized Growing Through Grief and how to reclaim our peace through understanding, processing, and healing.

Here are the three major takeaways from this weeks Wellness Work!

  • Feel it: Grief is real, and it’s important to allow yourself to feel and acknowledge it.
  • Define it: Understand your grief—what it is, why it’s happening, and how it’s impacting you.
  • Defeat it: With God’s grace, we take back control of our wellness by choosing to heal and move forward.
