Hey sis,
One thing this season has been reminding me is that not every season is meant to be carried the same way.
Sometimes we're called to stay and persevere. And sometimes we're called to step away, release, rest, or transition. The wisdom is knowing the difference.
Here's why this matters:
Many of us have been taught to stay, endure, produce, and keep showing up — even when our hearts, bodies, and spirits are asking for space.
But throughout scripture, we see moments where God used separation, retreat, and transition to prepare His people for what was next.
Jesus stepped away from the crowd. Moses went up the mountain. Elijah rested before he continued. Abraham left what was familiar.
Leaving wasn't weakness.
It was stewardship.
What you can expect this month:
Honest reflection. Healthy release. And space to consider where God may be inviting you to rest, disconnect, transition, or return differently.
Together, we'll explore what it means to trust God enough to release what we're no longer meant to carry.
Why this isn't pressure:
This month is not about walking away from everything. It's about discerning what no longer needs your grip, your guilt, or your constant production.
Sometimes the most faithful thing you can do is pause. Sometimes the wisest thing you can do is release. And sometimes leadership looks like trusting God enough to step away when He says it's time.
Because leaving is not always loss. Sometimes leaving is leadership.

Monthly Theme
This month, we're exploring what it means to leave with wisdom and obedience.
Because leaving is not always about walking away from something wrong. Sometimes it's about stepping away long enough to hear clearly. Releasing what no longer belongs in your hands. Resting before you continue. Transitioning with obedience. And trusting God enough to return differently.
That's the heart of Graced to Leave.
This month's resource, the RESET x Graced to Leave Workbook, was created to help you slow down, reflect honestly, and move forward with intention.
Inside, you'll be guided through the Five Leaves — five reflections designed to help you discern what God may be asking you to release, leave behind, step away from, allow to remain, or approach differently in this chapter.
Let this month's workbook guide your reflection.

🌺In The Community🌺
We're celebrating real movement in this community — and it's beautiful to witness.
🌺 We celebrated Graced For This turning four years old — four years of grieving, healing, building, and walking this work out together.
🌺 I celebrated my birthday on June 7 and stepped into another year of grace, growth, and purpose. Thank you for continuing to walk this journey with me.
🌺 We gathered in Savannah to welcome back Coach Q, creating space for connection, restoration, and community by the water.
🌺 Our collaboration with City of Life Ministries for the I Speak, I Am Conference was a meaningful opportunity to extend wellness work, encouragement, and community connection.
🌺 And we've already begun planning for 2027 — because this work continues to grow and be faithfully stewarded.
What encourages me most is seeing how this community continues to flourish over time—not just in numbers or opportunities, but in connection, collaboration, and commitment to the work.

Let's Take A Step
Sis, as you move through this month, remember this:
Leaving is not always loss.
Sometimes it's wisdom. Sometimes it's obedience. And sometimes it's the very thing God uses to prepare you for what's next.
You don't have to force every door to stay open.
You don't have to carry every assignment forever.
And you don't have to feel guilty for creating space to rest, release, or return differently.
Reflection Question:
What am I being invited to step away from so I can hear, heal, and return differently?
One step at a time...
